THC Minnesota is an informational product directory that aggregates publicly available cannabis product data from licensed Minnesota dispensaries. We do not sell, distribute, deliver, or facilitate the purchase of any cannabis products. All product information, including availability and descriptions, is provided for informational purposes only and may not be current or accurate.
The Service does not process transactions, accept payment for cannabis products, or serve as an intermediary between consumers and dispensaries. Any purchases must be made directly with licensed dispensaries in compliance with all applicable Minnesota laws.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Free accounts provide access to features such as saving favorites, following brands and dispensaries, and personalized browsing. Business accounts provide access to market intelligence dashboards and are subject to separate subscription terms.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes anonymized usage analytics (pages visited, click interactions, device type, browser, screen resolution), approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, and referral source. All IP addresses are cryptographically hashed before storage. When you first visit the site, you will be presented with a consent banner; you may decline analytics tracking without affecting core functionality. If you choose to use the "Near Me" feature, your browser will request precise location access, which you may accept or deny at your discretion.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Service. Product availability, descriptions, and other details should be confirmed directly with the dispensary before visiting.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 342 (Cannabis). You acknowledge that cannabis remains a controlled substance under federal law and that laws vary by jurisdiction.
All content, design, and technology of the Service are owned by Uniflora Holistics LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Uniflora Holistics LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on product information displayed on the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
